Where to kiss?

I made a bet yesterday, and hopefully you can help me out.

I know there years ago were writings about Indonesia banning kissing in public. This ban should be just one out of several in an "anti pornographic" law. Can anybody confirm if it actually got that far, and became part of the law, and if so, if such a law still exists. (At that time they were speaking about up to 5 years in jail if caught).

I think for kissing in public,
kiss a cheek on the side of the face is accepted
kissing lips on the face is frowned upon
kissing anywhere below the waist will get you 5 years.

It is not so much about what the public finds appropriate, but more a question about if such a law actually has existed or even still does. I read about many of all the other "inappropriate" and also illegal things.. but could not find where it mentions "kissing in public" and its consequence of committing such crime...
