I don't understand? I didn't read anything negative about him in the NY times. The article seemed complimentary of him. It usually refers to him as very calm and steady.

I think there are two main issues:
The nepotism that is already visible, he (Donald) includes all his family members in important meetings and decisions and it seems he wants to give them important roles in leading the country.
The perceived competence of a succesful business man with the right ethnic background and probably a good dinner table chat, would make him suitable to solve such complicated diplomatic issues?

The candidates, presidents-elect, and Presidents can have anyone they wish within their inner circles of advisors. The suggestion that Trump plans to find a way to aware unqualified family members with important government positions does not appear to comport with reality. While he may continue to consult with an inner circle of whose advice helped him win the office, including his son-in-law, those selected or being considered to high level position do not include family members. There is going to be no Bobby Kennedy as Attorney General.

The suggestion that Trump plans to find a way to aware unqualified family members with important government positions does not appear to comport with reality. While he may continue to consult with an inner circle of whose advice helped him win the office, including his son-in-law, those selected or being considered to high level position do not include family members. There is going to be no Bobby Kennedy as Attorney General.

Time will tell how that one plays out. It certainly raises eyebrows the way he has included his family in meetings he's getting because he is president-elect. But that is in terms of family members running his business interests, which is a separate issue from appointing to them to government roles for which they are unqualified.

As for me, nepotism doesn't bother me much if the people involved are qualified. John and Robert Kennedy are the go-to example of that. Sometimes it stands to reason that a family who produces one person highly qualified for public office might produce more than one. (Or first-rate politicians/policy geeks might marry other ones.)

Israel have activate a project of colonisation (on the palestinian land) of 500 appartement. These project were on ice since long time.
They are also on the way to "legalizing" 2000 to 3000 appartement build illegally on palestinian land.

All this right after Trump win the election, they don't even wait he become president and "don't care" of the last attempt of peace by Obama before he leave.

First I would like to thanks Mister Trump, before him the news were so boring to read!

1- Ku Klus Klan make a parade for celebrating the coming up of trump as president. While in preparation of the celebration, two KKK leader have beat and stab one of their own over an unknow dispute.

2- James Mitchell, one of the two psychologues who create the "new" method of torture for the CIA (now abolished by Obama), have good hope the torture will come back as the daily practice of the CIA under Trump.

Personally I don't think trump is crazy enough for but back the torture to the cia menu... but would not be that much surprise of the contrary.

It's "fascinating" to see how trump campaign have bring out to daylight all the nut case.

it's also almost funny to hear trump singing he will bring back job by restarting the dying coal business stabbed by environmentalist under obama reign.
