It's so agitating trying to understand any of this with all those spin doctors out there . I'm sure no matter who talking , they are full of shit. All I know is that the Unite States President says one thing then says that's not what i said , says something differant then blames it all on either Hillary, Obama or fake news.

The Trump administration has every right to call out the news media that has been outright deceitful in reporting about the administration. That is called exercising their 1st amendment rights. If you ask for example of fake news, you can find them a plenty here:

In the end, the people decide if they can trust the media or not. That's how free speech and free market works. Judging from the recent ratings where CNN has fewer viewers than property flipping show, children show, and shark week, the people clearly have decided whether CNN is worth their time.

I agree with Waarmy...what has one to do with the other. It is true we have freedoms of choice and if one media, or team, or whatever is not performing, it will fail....just like any other business.

The notion that Trump is truthful and CNN is fake I find laughable, unless, I suppose, one uses the President's definition of "fake" i.e. anything that contradicts the President's potifications.

I wonder how this US Presidency farce will end.

1. He will never resign...far too much ego for that.
2. If there is a blue-wave in Nov. elections will the Dems vote for impeachment?
Firstly, if successful, Pence will see the term out and will have the potential to increase his support for a 2020 run. Secondly, the Dems don't yet have a candidate.
3. If left alone he will be a dead-duck president but still have veto power, executive order power, and pardon power (for federal offences).

I've always said the USA founding fathers Constitution and the Bill of Rights were brilliant but we seem to have come to a road-block unforseen by the original writers. They wanted to have all institutions and 3 levels of government equally accountable to balance the power but, unless the GOP can accept their own leader as being inept or medically unfit what can, otherwise, be done?

The last option is the worst of all....assassination. That would surely split Americans to the point the country may become ungovernable. A point I'm sure Putin is contemplating.

The UK Westminster system of governance shows it's much easier to balance the power by an internal party-vote to relieve the leader from position...i.e. Maggie Thatcher and Winnie Churchill were both removed by their own party. The current leader (Theresa May) is facing a near-death experience herself...I'm watching and waiting to see what Boris Johnson will do then.

Asun ive been a quiet observer in this thread as whilst i think Trump is a bit of a lunatic I have seen some success with some of his policies and I am open enough to admit that.

But you made claims of media bias and fake news and then tried to use a post that comes from Alex Jones Prison Planet website. The same Alex Jones that tries to discredit school shooting victims. The same Alex Jones that admitted he lies and is "in character" during his divorce trial. The same Alex Jones that claims Clinton ran a pedo ring from a pizza shop. The same Alex Jones who claims the government are trying to make all frogs gay (really?? that one is funny)
