I guess so for a 2 bed, would have been better off as a 3 bedroom really, but 188 is pretty big but also depends on the layout, if the bedrooms are tiny but half the apartment is open area kitchen dining living room etc then feels weird

Anyway this company seems to have a lot of overpriced bule apartments on their books so lets see in 3 -6 months if they still asking 672jt upfront to leave on Karet Pedurenan lol

Normally I agree with your property views but this is no where near Karet and is a very high end apartment building full with embassy people. 3500 a month is very high but not as much as you are exaggerating

My eyes widen every time I see a rental price listed in Jakarta. One month's rent is twice what people pay per year when outside Jakarta. I don't understand why anyone pays those prices. If someone has a family they could have a house with a yard somewhere besides Jakarta and maintain maintain a kos while commuting on a weekly basis and save money.

Verde Two nestled between Rasuna Said? Nice. Still never worth $3500 a month. Especially across the road means another 30mins in traffic to do the U turn
