What you are saying sounds...
But as we all know, that natural, herbal remedies work also. It's just not so profitable for the corporations. I'm sure there are many factors that are involved in Children's mental health today. Total bombardment of microwaves, social media, fluoride, chlorine, nitrates, nitrites, the list is endless! just look at any label on processed food now. There a list of at least fifty ingredients, just for a simple sauce or something. And just try to find a 100% natural juice in a store. Not to mention, tons of sugar in everything.
All governments should be practical and legalize it, worldwide. As you know, there are lots of scientific proof of CBD derivatives, helping children with epilepsy, glaucoma, and helping those after chemotherapy treatment! This a strong point as to health benefits. That story of chemically laced pot has been around for decades! Another lie to promote more fear!
I'm not sure we all know that "natural, herbal, remedies work". I know that a couple of them work because there has been extensive clinical testing on them. Others... not so much. Just saying something is natural doesn't mean much to me. Cyanide is natural. Antibiotics are natural. Plutonium can be natural. Dying at the age of 36 from an abscessed tooth was both natural and very common in the Neolithic era... Natural does not mean good.
I won't make any comment on myself, but I know a lot of people who started smoking weed at a young age and made a habit of it to the point that it definitely had a negative impact on their lives. Sure, it isn't habit forming or addictive, but we are riding down the road freaked out that the popo might be coming for us, so we toss a couple of hundred dollars worth of stuff out the window. Stuff we knew could send us to jail when we bought it. And, after experiencing this huge loss... We buy more tomorrow. Definitely a "natural and purely beneficial substance" with no negative results for the user. Among its many other benefits, it improves judgement.
My boss used to get stoned on the way to work (we worked construction) and then have another spliff every couple of hours. He electrocuted me twice. Course, I might have been to blame. Neither of us was particularly clear headed. Obviously, this serious incident changed our behaviour for the better... twice.
Chemically laced pot is a real thing. It isn't common, but people do it and toke up with people who don't know what they are smoking. Google PCP dipper.
Wow, I wrote a bunch of crap. I'm just a bit triggered every time I hear someone say "natural" like it means they have proof that something is good. Every shit I take is natural.
