I remember this article was shared some months back and somethings haven't changed. A year ago after being home for about a month, I had close to 7 PCR tests(tested upon arrival at parents' request and several more after change of regulation/cancelled flight) before arriving back in Indonesia. All tests were negative. PCR at the first quarantine hotel, 'positive'. Got moved to a quarantine hotel which was complete shit and has since been closed down, demanded a retest, had to wait 2 days. The day I was supposed to get the new pcr test results back, they kept stalling until i told them I was packing my things and going to self quarantine at home, and I knew I never tested positive in the first place especially after having a number of pcr tests saying I was negative. Within the hour I got the news my test was negative.

My simpathies .

I was prepared this year as I had my wife with me. If they claimed either of us had tested positive, I was going to demand a retest, inform them that everything is going to be documented and if they try a scam, it will be reported to the media.
