Feedback needed on Apple Service in Indonesia

I need to take a laptop covered under Apple Care for service: a small scratch matching with where the keyboard meets the screen has appeared on the screen. According to my research, this is a common occurance.

But this being Indonesia, has anyone ever had experience bringing an Apple device for service at one of the local Authorized Apple Service Centers? Should I expect the worst or is the service quality decent?

Once I went to Ratu Plaza service centre, to buy new battery for my iPhone. But they informed me that Apple had battery replacement program and then they replaced my battery for free. All done in 2 days. I'm satisfied with the information and I think it was quick.

I had a defective hard disk on my Imac and after searching online found out it was a known problem and could be replaced for free. I took the computer to the service centre and they said they would have to send the whole unit to Singapore. Two weeks later I got a phone call saying it was back and ready for collection.

All free. Friendly service.

I think the service centres are pretty good which is more than I can say about the resellers after sales service... But I won't derail the thread

Ratu Plaza is quite far from me. There are 2 service centers in Tangerang, closer to me but I think they are also resellers.

If the keyboard is suddenly hitting the screen, it is possible your lithium battery beneath the keyboard is swelling. Not a good situation, make sure to have that investigated.

they all are reseller, maybe you should bring it to jakarta?

Can't help with the feedback. But I do remember that the small cracks in the (white) MacBook did return within a year of replacement.
