    As you will tell from this I am not a foodie. Indomaret stores have jars of cheese spread if all you need is a sandwich. But I suppose you could add it to other recipes as a substitute. Next to the Yogurt I seem to remember.

    How about turning them inside out and putting out in the tropical UV sunshine?:unsure: PS. I find sweat ruins shoes more from the inside than wearing them does from the outside so I always wear low cut ankle socks with shoes.
