This time we are doing with my new HR person in-house no agent for application! that's why i don't know if this is the new system or our HR not performing? Last year my agent didn't use the online application so don't know if this is the new normal. It was done in 4 weeks but did cost total 5K- DreamBoy

Thanks for the info Lifelong expat. If this new online system takes 10 months i will pack up and move the factory to China! They are doing well to stamp out corruption now just need any productivity.- DreamBoy
