    Yes, need to add extra margin to anticipate low production days, and backup genset might be necessary or hv to compromise. I know some who 100% off grid. As example, my average daily consumption is 40 kwh, but today, raining and cloudy whole day, i get 12 Kwh only.

    The system has been operating for a year with 100% availability, and have effectively produced approx, 13,000 KWH (actual was mire), equal to Rp. 22 million. So far Im happy.
